This complimentary 15-minute connection call is an opportunity to meet, ask questions, and explore how Ayurveda, holistic wellness, and personalized support may align with your goals. During our conversation, we’ll discuss what brought you here, your current health and wellness goals, and the areas where you’re seeking support. We’ll explore your needs and determine which offering may be the best fit for your journey. Whether you’re looking to improve your digestion, energy, stress management, daily routines, overall balance, or seeking support through recovery and lifestyle changes, this call is a chance to connect and learn more about how I work. There is no obligation to book a service. This conversation is simply the first step in discovering what support may look like for you. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policies • 24-Hour Notice: Life happens, and I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% session fee. • Late Arrivals: If you are running behind, I’ll do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the full session fee will apply, even if we need to adjust the session length. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, I will log off, and the session will be considered a no-show. • No-Show Policy: Your time and well-being are valuable, and so is mine. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a 100% session fee, as it ensures I can continue to provide the highest level of care to all my clients.
