Service Description
In this telewellness session, we take a deep dive into understanding you. Through a combination of conversation and Ayurvedic diagnostic tools, we’ll uncover your original mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and identify any current imbalances (Vikriti). Together, we’ll explore how your digestion, sleep, energy, stress, lifestyle, nutrition, and daily habits may be influencing your overall health. This comprehensive assessment helps us identify the root causes of imbalance and begin creating a personalized roadmap for your wellness journey. Please note: This appointment is your initial intake and assessment. During this visit, I gather the information needed to thoroughly evaluate your unique constitution and current state of health. After reviewing your intake, assessment, and findings, we’ll schedule a Report of Findings visit (approximately 1 week after) where we’ll discuss your results in detail, review your personalized wellness plan, and outline clear, practical recommendations to support your health goals. Your investment includes both the Initial Intake & Assessment session and the follow-up Report of Findings visit. Together, these sessions provide a complete Ayurvedic assessment experience and ensure you receive a personalized understanding of your constitution, imbalances, and next steps. ***To offer you the most meaningful support, please set aside time to complete and return your intake paperwork at least 48 hours before your session. This allows me to thoughtfully review your health history, understand your goals and concerns, and prepare for our time together so I can serve you with the care and attention you deserve.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policies - 24-Hour Notice: Life happens, and I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% session fee. - Late Arrivals: If you are running behind, I’ll do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the full session fee will apply, even if we need to adjust the session length. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, I will log off, and the session will be considered a no-show. - No-Show Policy: Your time and well-being are valuable, and so is mine. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a 100% session fee, as it ensures I can continue to provide the highest level of care to all my clients.
