Service Description
About ONE WEEK AFTER YOUR INITIAL INTAKE, we meet again virtually for your Report of Findings session. During this follow-up visit, we’ll review the results of your Ayurvedic assessment and discuss your unique mind-body constitution (Prakriti) and current imbalances (Vikriti). Together, we’ll explore the Ayurvedic principles behind your assessment and how they relate to your digestion, lifestyle, energy, and overall well-being. We’ll begin building your personalized wellness plan, including recommendations for diet, daily routines, lifestyle practices, and herbal support when appropriate. You’ll leave this session with a deeper understanding of your unique constitution, insight into the areas that may be contributing to imbalance, and practical steps to begin incorporating Ayurveda into your everyday life.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policies - 24-Hour Notice: Life happens, and I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% session fee. - Late Arrivals: If you are running behind, I’ll do my best to accommodate you within the remaining time. However, the full session fee will apply, even if we need to adjust the session length. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, I will log off, and the session will be considered a no-show. - No-Show Policy: Your time and well-being are valuable, and so is mine. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a 100% session fee, as it ensures I can continue to provide the highest level of care to all my clients.
